Shipping Costs

Our Shipping is calculated by weight. All Postage in Australia is based on weight, and we strive to give the best rate possible for all our postage.

Our shipping for Australian based Customers begin @ $5 for up to 70 Grams ( 1 Rockabana). $8 for up to 500g, $11 for up to 2Kg, and $16 for up to 5Kg.

For New Zealand Customers, Our Postage Rates start @ $24 for up to 500g, $30 for up to 1Kg, $41 For up to 2Kg, then on average $8 more per Kilogram

For United Kingdom Customers, Our Postage Rates start @ $34 for up to 500g, $47 For up to 1Kg, $71  for up to 2KG.

How do I return an item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase as designated below.

Please read carefully our RETURN/EXCHANGE policy.

  • We will accept returns and exchanges as long as you contact us within 48 hours after you receive your order. Cash refunds will be granted on returns within 15 Business days of your receive date. Store credit will be granted on returns within 30 days.
  • Any postage fees will not be refunded
  • There will be a $2.00 RE-STOCKING FEE for all items returned back to us at The Smexy Legs Boutique. This fee will be deducted from your REFUND amount.
  • If you have placed an order for a preorder item, But change your mind after the Preorder close date, You can swap for another item of equal value or opt for a refund less 20%.
  • Exchanges are facilitated by placing new orders with store credits automatically applied to the new order.
  • Returns will only be accepted in NEW ORIGINAL CONDITION. All returned items will need to have the original tag and cannot be worn or washed. If not in original condition have been removed, we will not exchange, credit or refund the item.
  • The Smexy Legs Boutique is not responsible for the cost of shipping RETURNS or EXCHANGES back to us.
  • ALL SALE Items do not qualify for Return or Exchanges, if item is on sale, ALL PURCHASE ARE FINAL
  • If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email with a picture of the damaged product to SmexyLegs@MAIL.COM within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your item. Damage claims without an email in the specified time frame, will NOT be accepted.
  • If more than 30 days after you receive the order returns and exchanges are not possible as we can not guarantee they are in new condition
