Shipping Costs

Our shipping is calculated by weight. All Postage in Australia is based on weight, and our Postage is no exception. Our shipping rates are as follows;

Australian Based Customers

$5 for 0 to 70g

$8 for 71g to 500g

$11 for 501g to 2kg

$16 for 2.001kg to 5Kg

*All orders over $99 in Australia get free postage if selected at checkout.

New Zealand Customers

$24 for 0 to 500g

$30 for 501g to 1Kg

$41 for 1.001kg to 2Kg.

*After this, we charge $8 per Kilogram.

United Kingdom Customers

$34 for 0 to 500g

$47 for 501 to 1Kg

$71 for 1.001Kg to 2Kg

*$15 per Kg after

United States Customers

$30 for 0 to 500g

$40 for 501g to 1kg

$65 for 1.001kg to 2kg

*$15 per Kg after.

Return Policy

If you get an item you aren’t 100% satisfied with, you can return them— as long as it is done within 48 hours.

Cash refunds will be granted on returns within 15 Business days of your receive date while store credit will be granted on returns within 30 days. Smexy Boutiques will require a $2 restocking fee for all items returned. You will not need to pay the fee as it will be deducted from your refund amount.

Customers should note that returns will only be accepted in NEW ORIGINAL CONDITION. All returned items must have the original tag (if they have one)— and they must not have been washed or worn. If items returned are not in original condition, they will not be exchanged, they will not be refunded and credit will not be given.

Additionally, The Smexy Legs Boutique is not responsible for the cost of shipping RETURNS or EXCHANGES back to us.

Preorder Items

If you placed an order for a preorder item, but changed your mind after the preorder date, you can swap for another item of equal value. If not, you can opt for a refund of less than 20% of the original amount paid.

Exchanges are facilitated by placing new orders with store credits. The credits will be automatically applied to the new order.

Sale Items

ALL SALE Items do not qualify for return or exchanges. If the item was bought in a sale, it doesn’t qualify for a return or exchange.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, send an email with a picture of the damaged product to SmexyLegs@MAIL.COM within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your item. Damage claims without an email in the specified time frame, will NOT be accepted.

*When you submit your return please include your choice of a REFUND or STORE CREDIT. If there is no designation, a refund will be issued.
